Credit Unions Announce “Women in Ag” Grant

Women in Ag Grant

The goal of this grant is to provide Alberta-based women who are currently working/planning to work in the agriculture industry the chance to receive one of two $10,000 grants to put towards their ag business’ financial future. This grant was developed by in response to research that indicated women have disproportionate difficulties securing financing to support their work in agri-business. Credit unions understand the vital of importance of agriculture to the communities we operate in and wanted to show support for the industry via this grant.
