**Updated**AgKnow: Transforming Mental Health in Alberta’s Farming Community

AgKnow, the Alberta Farm Mental Health Network, emerged from agricultural resolutions to support mental health in rural communities. In 2023, it initiated community engagement, offering free therapy sessions. Despite funding challenges in 2024, the community raised over $180,000 for services. AgKnow aims for operational stability and diverse funding to thrive.

Resolution E1-19, Resolution E2-23 This week AgKnow is sending letters of urgent need to 68 of the 69 ASBs asking for one time small donations to help bridge the funding gap and maintain the momentum of the AgKnow initiative. ASBPC Advisory Activities

November 6, 2023 the ASBPC was pleased to join Minister Sigurdson and staff at the Alberta Legislature just prior to their annual Organizational meeting.
